Request Account Deletion

At Clinical Guidelines, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Since we use secure Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication, account deletion must be processed by our administrative team to ensure all data is removed from both our application servers and our authentication provider (Auth0).

To request deletion, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@clinicalguidelines.io.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. Please send the email from the address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

What Happens Next?

• We will verify your request and initiate the deletion process.
• Data Deleted: Your user profile, login credentials, chat history, and saved preferences will be permanently removed.
• Retention: This process is irreversible. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR and data privacy laws.
